Invitation to Forum with Holzhey Ute: women lead differently!

Do women differently? Sure! Would women can avoid the financial crisis? Possible! Come
women in the top management level of German companies? Almost impossible!
on the boards of the top 100 companies the proportion of women in Germany is still below one percent.
the dominance of men in the boardroom is unbroken.
What is the eternal supremacy of men due in German boardroom? If the
women denied the competence for complex management tasks? Prevents still
incompatibility of family and career promotion to the highest circles? Or is it simply the
tradition and the corresponding networks, paving the way to the top men?
We want to debate the talents of women, their art of leadership and insights into their worlds
men and answer the question, what else must, so that women get a real
chances to get into the top management positions in German companies.
